This is the best krsar (saffron) I have ever used/purchased. Saffron being such an expensive item is almost always adulerated, often with harmful dyes to imitate its color. One way to test for adulteration is to check how fast it releases its color when soaked in liquid; fake ones start bleeding heavily instantaneously.
